Operations Administrator (In-Person)

Full-time, permanent: 35 hours/week

Salary range: $50,000-65,000

IF YOU HAVE THIS…

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, financial management, or executive assistance
  • a secondary school diploma; post-secondary diploma in business admin or related field preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • the ability to move quickly while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • proficiency in French and English (verbal and written)
  • soft talents like creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving and technical abilities

(Bonus points if you know basic bookkeeping and financial processes and /or have experience in a not-for-profit or financial services environment.)

YOU COULD BE DOING THIS…

  • working closely with the Executive Director and Operations Manager so all the cogs in the organizational wheel move efficiently and effectively. (When we say “closely”, we mean you will be an invaluable part of a small-yet-mighty trifecta that moves mountains.)
  • approaching your role with a zest for excellence and an eagerness to rise to the occasion when called upon;
  • relying on your attention to detail to produce high-quality work, live up to our brand, and avoid costly errors;
  • dealing deftly and diplomatically with challenges—situational and/or human-related;
  • approaching this position as an exciting career and a team effort, not a stepping stone;
  • accepting that some occasional evening and weekend work is necessary.
