Term: Mid-April or early May 2025 to September 2025

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of what we do—helping entrepreneurs navigate their journey from idea to exit with our advisory services, funding and financing, and community building. From supporting our team by preparing documents to coordinating projects to interacting with our clients, you'll be involved in almost all aspects of our work. We pride ourselves on courageous and conscientious decision-making, divergent thinking, and the ability to move as swiftly as the people we serve.

 

Are you ready to join our team?

IF YOU ARE…

  • A student currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary institution (OR planning to return in the fall semester) OR has graduated within the past six months
  • Between the ages of 15 and 30
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
  • Able to work independently 
  • Highly organized and have great communication skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Proud of your attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving

Bonus points if you are bilingual (English/French) and/or enrolled in a business administration program or equivalent! 

YOU COULD BE SPENT YOUR SUMMER…

  • Working closely with an exciting and ambitious team that moves efficiently and effectively
  • Talking to entrepreneurs over the phone, by email, and in-person
  • Helping prepare and organize important presentations, documents, and reports 
  • Keeping our team organized by maintaining our digital and physical filing systems, and updating our Customer Relationship Management system
  • Coordinating meetings and special events
  • Supporting communications through social media and other channels
  • Helping with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and reporting.
